Simon is a qualified Mathematics teacher with more than 30 years of teaching experience, having initially qualified in 1991. Alongside his teaching career, he spent seven years living in Japan, where he worked as a professional translator and interpreter.

More recently, Simon has worked as a Casual Relief Teacher, teaching Mathematics, Japanese, and Italian. His diverse educational experience also includes teaching English as a Second Language to adults and tutoring secondary students across a broad range of subjects.

For the past seven years, Simon has provided both face-to-face and online tutoring, helping students build confidence, strengthen their understanding, and achieve their learning goals through supportive and personalised instruction.
