Service Description
Level 8 English Our Level 8 English program encourages students to think critically, communicate effectively and engage deeply with literature and media texts. Students analyse author techniques, compare viewpoints, evaluate evidence and craft persuasive and analytical responses. The course develops both academic literacy and confident self-expression. Sessions are aligned with the Victorian Curriculum V2.0 and in Term 4 enable readiness for Year 9 in 2027. Please note that this program is not Selective Entry High School Exam preparation specific. Please see our School Entrance Programs for SEHS and Scholarship Exam preparation programs.
