- Alterations or cancellations may attract an administration
fee.
- Where a child is unable to attend a workshop, or practice exam
we will endeavor to make alternative arrangements. Refunds not
guaranteed.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop where
there are insufficient bookings.
- As students are not always willing participants, we reserve the
right to exclude any whose behaviour disrupts the learning of
others. In this case a refund will be negotiated.
- Study packs are sent to students in Years 6 and 8 who are
enrolled in a package.
- Teachers' duties finish at the end of a session. Child minding
fees may apply where students are not collected on time.
- It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to ensure that
staff can contact them easily during all sessions. If on the day of
any session attended you cannot be contacted by telephone, please
ensure that staff have an alternative contact. Forms are usually
supplied at venues for this purpose.
- The mobile telephone number for the venue should be available
if you need it. Please ask the staff.
- All workbooks and exam papers are under copyright.
- Prices can be changed without notice.
