Quality of staff
All staff members have degrees. Most
staff have postgraduate qualifications and undertake continuing
training with A.C.E.R., the Australian Association for the Teaching
of English and the Maths’ Association of Victoria.

Database of test results
We have ten years of test results for nearly
seven thousand students, which enables us to predict with some
measure of success, which students are likely to win scholarships,
or gain entry to accelerated high school programs, Melbourne High
and Mac.Robertson Girls’ High.
Massive test library
Our
massive test and resource library is available to all our
staff.
Diagnostic skills
We
have diagnostic skills which cut to the underlying source of many
problems which may exist even in very bright students, especially
in Maths.
Creativity
We
write most of our own Practice Exams and all of our own
